- What counts toward my report limit?
- Each session or report ingested into your workspace in the current billing month counts once — including uploads from the Chrome extension, web upload, and API.
- Do external testers use paid seats?
- No. External testers, bounty participants, and extension installs are unlimited on every plan. Only internal team members consume seats.
- How do verified domains work?
- You verify ownership of each product domain you test. Free includes 1 domain; Pro 3; Studio 15. Scale is negotiated.
- What happens if I cancel or downgrade?
- Paid access continues until the end of the billing period. Existing data is not deleted; new over-limit activity is blocked until you fit the plan or upgrade.
- Are bounties included in the subscription?
- No. Bounty pools are funded separately. Scout charges a 10% platform fee on bounty awards — that is not a subscription allowance.
